Step 01: Discovery Chat

Let’s have a deep dive into your vision! We'll explore your the event dates, location(s), venues, need for photography or photo & video, a second shooter, a brief overview of run of show, deliverables and overall expectations. This is the perfect call to ask all the questions because if we are a perfect fit, the next step is to lock things in and get to planning! 

Step 02: Proposal/Contract

After our chat, I'll create a custom proposal that covers every detail—from creative direction to logistics. Once we’re all set, the contract makes everything official, and we’re ready to start planning the magic.

Step 03: Strategy Shoot Prep

During this call we go into specific details of the event day. Chatting about the attendees, the location, the must have shots and more. This is also where we chat about any travel, lodging, and parking fees which may be an additional cost.   

Step 04: Event Day

It’s showtime! This is where you do you and I am to tap into my zone of genius and fill in all the fomo feels with the visual artistry of storytelling. I am capturing all the setups, before the attendees arrive, while attendees are arriving and all the fun that happens in between. 

Step 05: Gallery Delivery

Are you ready to relive the actual moments you forgot all about, even the ones you didn’t know existed because you were tapped into your zone! All the vibrant and emotion evoked images are delivered to a password protected gallery or for you to view and share according to your discretion of how you’d like the images distributed and to market your brand and or next event. 

Step 06: Follow Up

Once your gallery is delivered, I’ll follow up to make sure everything was delivered accordingly and to answer any questions you may have for use of the images. Frequently asked questions

  • Corporate conferences, brand launches, networking events, wellness events, workshops, and other professional gatherings.

  • Absolutely! I am passport and frequent flyer miles ready to travel to any destination you have your heart set too!

    Traveling is an additional cost that includes flight, lodging accommodations.

  • This is an add on service where I bring someone along to capture b roll video footage and I can either edit the b roll or deliver the raw footage for you or your team to create footage accordingly.

  • Yes, if the attendance count is under 200 I can confidently cover an event or conference however depending upon the scope and flow of the event (different locations, presentations occurring at same time), a second shooter may be necessary and an additional fee will be initiated.

  • This depends on the scope of the conference (presentations, speakers, attendees, activations ,etc). I always say, the magic is in the details. Also, if you are intentional about marketing the images after the event, we will strategize to capture specific images for marketing.

    In my experience, a 2 day conference can yield 450-750 images.

  • Image delivery will be through an online photo gallery. I use the platform Pictime.

    Same sneak peeks are delivered by the end of day the day of the event. This is typically 15-45 images that give an overview of the event day.

    Turnaround time:

    Multi day conference- up to 7 business days

    One day event - up to 2 business days. Most likely delivery is next day**

    Hourly event- next day delivery

  • This depends on the scope of the event or conference, including but not limited to the date, location, size of event (attendee count).

    Date wise, I’d suggest 2-3 months for events and up to a year, if possible for conferences especially if travel necessary to allot for booking lodging and travel.

    Strongly recommend booking photography as soon as you decide on a date or even in the planning phases so that you can secure photography and allot time to add on a second photographer, if necessary and to book out flights and lodging well in advance.

  • Yes! I understand that investing in professional photography is a big step, so I offer flexible payment plans to make it more manageable.

  • Of course! I aim to make sure you’re happy with the final images. Minor retouching is included, but if you have any specific requests, just let me know, and we can discuss additional services for an additional fee.

  • All images in password protected online galleries and licensing for marketing purposes.

  • Yes! Both candid and posed shots are included for event photography.

    Setup and pre event shots are also included.
