After our chat, I'll create a custom proposal that covers every detail—from creative direction to logistics. Once we’re all set, the contract makes everything official, and we’re ready to start planning the magic.


Step 04: Shoot Day

It’s showtime! We’ll execute the plan with precision, capturing every detail and moment. Whether it’s in-studio or on-location, I’ll make sure you feel comfortable and confident while we bring your brand’s story to life. Stress-free, fun, and focused on delivering the best.

Step 03: Strategy Shoot Prep

Here’s where the real work begins! We’ll map out every detail—from shot lists to wardrobe styling—so that shoot day is smooth sailing. I’ll be your guide to ensure we’re fully prepped to capture your vision perfectly.

Step 05: Gallery Delivery

Get ready to see the magic unfold! Once the shoot is done, I’ll carefully curate your best images and deliver your gallery in a format that’s easy to download and share. You’ll have everything you need to showcase your brand or event beautifully.

  • Choosing the best package for you depends on your overall needs.

    The Deluxe Collection is ideal you are a service or product based business , rebranding, website overhaul or haven’t had a branding session in over a year. This collection is also perfect for team or group shoots for a half day of image content creation.

    The Signature Collection for updated or refreshed images. Also ideal if you a new brand and want to achieve a library of custom and professional images.

    The Mini Collection is ideal for the less image focused needs, clients needing a refreshed library of images that are specific to a landing page, upcoming promotion or those that need a few kick start images for headshots, website about me pages and social media covers.

    Still don't know what collection is best for you? No worries, just choose OTHER and we will collectively decide on our call.

  • I recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure we have time for thorough planning and preparation, but if you need something sooner, please reach out and we will try our best to accommodate your timeline and photo needs.

  • Proof gallery will be delivered within 1 week of your shoot. Once proofs are selected, editing begins and you’ll typically receive your edited gallery within 2-3 weeks after the shoot, but this may vary depending on the size and scope of the project.

  • Life happens! If you need to reschedule, just let me know as soon as possible, and we’ll find another date that works. Rescheduling fees will apply if done within 48 hours of the shoot. Also consider location and other vendors rescheduling rules.

  • Absolutely! I’m available for both local and destination shoots. Travel fees may apply including location, hotel and travel accommodations.

  • Definitely! I encourage clients to bring any props or team members that will help bring your vision to life. This should be discussed prior to the shoot so that bridging the team in will be a seamless effort.

  • Yes! I understand that investing in professional photography is a big step, so I offer flexible payment plans to make it more manageable.

  • Of course! I aim to make sure you’re happy with the final images. Minor retouching is included, but if you have any specific requests, just let me know, and we can discuss additional services for an additional fee.
